So Bush's idea to bring "democracy" to the Middle East wasn't good after all

Well, the original idea was the Weapons of Mass Destruction, but then --after they weren't found-- it became the issue of "democracy." We brought democracy to the Middle East and that wasn't a good idea after all, and now see what's happening in Egypt.

They live in democracy in Iraq. How are they doing? Are their streets clean and safe? Mine aren't, but that's not surely an issue for democracy. What's democracy all about anyway?

I say the revolution is about solutions, and let whoever runs the show do a good job. If they don't, then they are facing revolution and the cycle goes on.

If only we stopped invoking democracy and could actually ride a bicycle in a friendly community. Oh the Black Hole of Corruption swallows everything and not much trickles down. Remember that "trickle down"? I think that was when democracy was perverted.

But that's only my humble opinion.

Your humble opinion is not worth the crap on the paper that you wipe your
ass with.
Egypt is 0bama's genius, not Bush's. Having said that, I happen to agree
with the statement that democracy in the Middle East has not gone according
to the plan. Your example is not very good though.

Actually I think democracy ONLY works in certain countries in Europe, which offer safety and choices to drive a car or not.

Perhaps Obama believed the democratic ideal would apply to any country and that's not the case. Anyone can make that mistake, right?
