Finally, a solution to make gays happy and everybody happy

I've spoken about it before but now it's the time to make it happen. The rules on the gays may make the gays happy, but it hardly changes the fact that democracy still is highly dysfunctional. We still have dysfunctional communities, gated communities, the highest imprisonment rates in the world, corruption galore, as well as other minorities treated below the level of dogs. I'm talking, for example, about prostitutes, pedestrians and cyclists.

Solution? The Dutch model. A highly organized society where cannabis coexists with bicyclists and prostitutes. I call it the "Dutch package." The gays get it their way, but others get it their way too. In the meantime, I dare say, in my humble title of philosopher and VIP monkey, I couldn't care less about gays or the new "accomplishment" of democracy.

Well, it all makes sense when democracy has become a synonym for corruption, not tolerance.

Cyclists and gays should follow the same strategy: be colorful!
I'm colorful but I would never lycra. It would be embarrassing. How many Dutch men you see on lycra?

I don't know why the public associate cyclists with guys in lycra suits or with winos with a suspended license. That perception is wrong and must be fought before we can come out of the closet.

It's not easy to admit you are a cyclist, a pedestrian or a prostitute.

It's not easy to admit you are a cyclist, a pedestrian or a prostitute.

The problem is, it seems to me, that they assume the pedestrian, cyclist and prostitute don't have political and/or economic power. It's part of the class struggle. It is assumed that gays are found more often among the affluent classes. Gays can punish a corporation by not buying their stuff.

In other words, there's nothing "democratic" about the whole affair but rather elitist. We know full well the upper classes are fully corrupt. They didn't give away anything. They want everybody to be married and then divorced. That's more business for the system. The lawyers have more work, etc.

Now think about this for a minute. You are totally worthless as a pedestrian/cyclist until... until you have an accident. That's when the lawyer, the doctor, if not the undertaker, profit from your disgrace. You are worth thousands of dollars and the vultures eat as well!

Those are things that happen in the CAPITALIST JUNGLE that have little to do with democracy. Let's call things by their name.

Notice the guys in lycra suits are not proles, but rather part of the elites, and that explains the poor solidarity we, the practical cyclists, receive from them. To empower people to ride bicycle with a purpose --shopping or saving a car trip-- is the best thing that can happen to the human race since the invention of the wheel.

This is a practical cyclist, and they can be middle class as well.

By the way, they do make a difference between a prostitute and a "call girl." That should give you a hint of the type of discrimination we are facing.
